Live Tracking 2026

Follow the dots across Switzerland

Start — Wednesday, September 2nd, 10:10 Finish — Bundesplatz, Bern 26 cantons, 5 Entry Points

The map goes live just before the start. If nothing is moving yet, the riders simply haven’t left.

Dot Watchers?

We probably shouldn’t be telling you this, but there is a way to do the SUCH riveted to an armchair. It can be as addictive as riding, and every bit as tiring. It is called dotwatching.

The idea is to follow the progress of someone you know: has he or she already been through that pass, that town, that Entry Point? Is that dot still moving at three in the morning?

Live GPS tracking gives you more than a position on a map. It also tells you which cantons have already been validated by each rider or team — and in a race where the cantons are the whole game, that column is where the story really happens.

The map stays on until the last dot reaches Bern.

FollowMyChallenge

We are proud to renew our partnership with FollowMyChallenge again this year. Every rider carries a tracker from the start line to the Bundesplatz.

A few things worth knowing while you watch:

  • A dot that has not moved for a while is usually a rider sleeping, eating, or waiting out the weather — not a rider in trouble.
  • Positions are updated at regular intervals, so a dot can sit slightly behind reality.
  • PAIR teams share one tracker: one dot, two riders.

Twenty-six cantons, five Entry Points, one Bundesplatz.
Grab a coffee. Let the dots do the talking.
